As an OPS I would like to be able to get the port mirroring configuration by policy, So I will be able to associate to it the correct PNF.

Definition of Done:
1. After service instantation - if the service contains under topology template a node template type: "org.openecomp.nodes.PortMirroringConfigurationByPolicy" need to didplay
it as part of the drop-down list.
2. Need to receive all the meta data of the "PortMirroringConfigurationByPolicy" node
3. need to receive all the properties by the known key set (Per property name) & the values of the "PortMirroringConfigurationByPolicy" node

The following is the set of properties required:

            collector_node: a1919a6f-802b-4c9d-bb7a-7f8ff36be29c #Collector proxy UUID
            policy_name: XXX        #policy name
            equip_type: Cisco 4500x #those are mock values
            equip_vendor: Cisco     #those are mock values

4. one of the properties of the "PortMirroringConfigurationByPolicy" node is : collector_node: XXXX
need to indicate the value of the collector ID property & find the relevant node that it points to - Which will be the proxy collector
5. Once indicating the Node - Need to receive the meta data & indicate the source service model - (Already implemented from vProbe)
