Update: 20170726: there is a workaround for this - dont use VID for VF-Module creation - call MSO directly via REST

This helps us to demo ONAP and not have to explain cancelling the "successful anyway" error dialog.
Issue: increase timeouts/ # of timeouts to handle slower 3 VM stack creation (rackspace)
The sink VM takes the longest. The issue is that VM creation works fine - it is just the UI that does not wait long enough to verify they are fully up.
See screen captures on
Add a VF Module using the drop down button.
Fill in information for the VF module (service name = Service) and confirm.
Watch as the 3 VMs for the VF start to come up on Rackspace (dialog is still up)
Create VF Module hangs - vFW VMs are created
Eventually you will see a (red-herring) poll timeout - we need to adjust the wait time and # of retries here - anyway the 3 VM's are up (with pings but not necessarily with 200 health checks on the processes)
Currently we are trying to get into the traffic generator VM to see why we have no traffic - we are running into a secondary issue where our key in the env file is not getting picked up (no ssh)

Update: 20170608 - we have TG traffic
