Ran into this issue when switching from nexus3 to dockerhub for pulling images for a customer
Their firewall blocks nexus3.onap.org:10001 but not dockerhub
Sort of related to POLICY-674 but less of a priority in that we can just use the image directly from dockerhub.
Question is why are we mirroring this docker image if we are not adding to it.
