VID fails on SSL authentication with new ONAP certificate

Need to add onap.cert to the tomcat_keystore in the docker build so that vid.war has the new cert

work around tested with manual updates to tomcate_keystore and recreate vid.war in /tmp/vid/stage in the docker container

keytool -import -alias onapaafroot -keystore tomcat_keystore -trustcacerts -file onap.cert

onap.cert pulled per instructions on the AAF wiki page.
