Replace certificate on Casablanca branch

Facing the maint release:

•  VID repo: bump versions  
•  VID repo: update release notes
•  Restore Casablanca jobs to verify\merge\create the new docker image
•  OOM repo Casablanca branch, change to the newer version
• integration repo, update the staging manifest csv file with the new version
        How/when can `docker-manifest.csv` (non-staging manifest) can be updated? 
             "I think you update the value in the values.yaml in oom directly. I don't think the non staging manifest file is to be used."
•  check inside the CSIT robot files, if VID version is hardcoded
