VNFRQTS Sprint 1

The vnfrqts project follows the documentation project tool chain and uses the ReadTheDocs / Sphinx tool for assembling documents from contributions. Thsi requires teh contributed documents in reStructureTxT or Markdown format. ( typically a .rst or .txt file)
Some of the seed contributions were provided as .pdf which is not directly usable. These are:

VNF Guidelines for Network Cloud and OpenECOMP,
VNF Management Requirements for OpenECOMP,
VNF Cloud Readiness Requirements for OpenECOMP,
VNF Heat template Requirements for OpenECOMP
