For the Beijing release, initially update the Management requirements to clarify which ones apply to PNFs and add text to indicate that in future releases additional requirements will be updated to indicate those that also apply to PNFs.

Proposed text:

Although these requirements were initially targeted to VNFs so that they can be managed by ONAP, these requirements broadbly apply to PNFs as well. Beginning in the Beijing release, requirements that apply to both VNFs and PNFs will be identified. The initial scope will be to identify the requirements in the Management section that PNFs will need to meet to be managed by ONAP. The term xNF will indicate that this requirement applies to both VNFs as well as PNFs. These requirements represent the target goal for both VNFs and PNFs and it is recognized that for specific VNFs or PNFs that some requirements may not be initially met. These VNFs or PNFs would need to receive an exception from the NCSP.

In Future releases of ONAP, e.g. Casablanca, requirements in the other chapters will be updated to indicate their applicability to both VNFs and PNFs.
