FOSS: OpenStack Ocata (vanila OpenStack)

Commercial: OpenStack Mitaka (Wind River Titanium Cloud, VMware VIO), Azure

Discussion during 8/8/17 call:

 seems like the OpenStack variants could be accommodated as subheadings under 6.1 and Azure under 6.2

Check with multi-Vim project if any change needed and propose any needed change by raising bug report against that section.
