As part of the the El Alto release, an effort is underway to create a compliance badge under OVP that covers the whether a VNF with a valid onboarding artifact (TOSCA+CSAR or Heat) can be successfully onboarded and instantiated by ONAP.

This story will add a Test Case Description to the VNFRQTS Test Case document that describes these tests.
