CURRENT REQUIREMENT: The PNF MUST support a HTTPS connection to the DCAE VES Event Listener.

PROPOSED REQUIREMENT: The VNF or PNF MUST support a HTTPS connection to the DCAE VES Event Listener.

REASON: Change PNF to VNF or PNF.
