The traceability.csv file includes a mapping of requirements to test cases, but it misses a few key fields that would be useful to evaluate the mapping accuracy.

With this change we will add the following columns to the report

• keyword - This will provide the RFC 2119 keyword (MUST, MUST NOT, etc.). This is important as the VVP tool chain only validates MUST and MUST NOT requirements
• validation_mode - This is important because VVP will not validate requirements that are marked with validation_mode of none.
• is_testable - This will be a simple True or False summary of whether the requirement should be testable based on the combination of keyword and validation_mode
