The VVP source code provide a Tkinter-based GUI and some associated unit tests. The docker image does not support Tkinter, and if a user attempts to open a shell in the container and execute those tests, they will get an error.

Since the GUI is not relevant to the docker version of the application, we will just remove those tests from docker.
