Currently the VVP validation-scripts project only validates that a set of heat templates complies with the additional constraints required by ECOMP. It does NOT validate that a set of heat templates are valid per vanilla OpenStack.

The story is to enhance the validation-scripts to add a test that replicates the heat template-validate command that will be performed on each template during validation.
