JDK 8 can compile this.

Changed Assembly of "aaf-full" jars to accommodate JDK 11.

AbsService needed to change for upcoming Jetty, but most other changes will go in a different set of changes.

Finally, Dockerfiles.base modified to include JDK 11 with Alpine.
