Pool needed a JUnit that would test it better. Improvements on the Class help make this possible. Also, it is important for the owner of a Pool to be able to see if "MaxObjects" that have been created, versus how many are in the waiting list.

Removed the "Log" interface from class, and placed in directory for better integration.
