General failure of the domainname.check.sh script to work with cadi agent in 2.1.21

      These issues are different but affect the same cadi Agent CLI library. These can be split to distinct jira issues if appropriate.

      1. The namespace.check.sh script generated by the agent library doesn’t include the forward proxy arguments from the initial ‘place’ invocation- making certificate auto-renewal impossible under Azure public cloud.
      2. The agent requires aaf_id and password to invoke the ‘check’ action, even though it should be only using the existing certificate and contents of the domain.props file to perform the renewal ‘check’ and possible certificate placement.
      3. The namespace.check.sh script generated by the agent library should use JAVA_HOME to locate the java binary.
