Cadi Filter throws an exception

      After updating aaf-cadi-aaf as a result of AAF-460 I can connect and authenticate the user properly the first time.

      Afterwards when I restart the cadi filter I always get rejected with 403 and the error message

      Error connecting https://aaf-onap-test.osaaf.org:8095/locate/AAF_NS.service:2.0 for location.
