AAF locate not starting in OOM.

      Started recently crashing. Seems like the location of the locate binary changed from:

      /opt/app/aaf/locate/bin/locate
      to
      /opt/app/aaf/bin/locate
      and the chart was never updated.

      aaf-aaf-locate-674bc75d79-hmsxj                   0/1       CrashLoopBackOff   7          15m

      Its problematic because it blocks every other AAF pod from coming up.

      cm, fs, gui, hello, locate, oauth and service will also have the same problem.
