      Ubuntu Images take too much space.  ONAP Teams have asked that we attempt smaller images.

        Please create an image from alpine (latest)

        Please make sure it has

      1. Java - Should we move up from JDK 8 to JDK 9?  What do you think?
      2. Essential Network Utils added (ping, ping6 and host would be minimal)
      3. openssl is usually a given, but make sure, please
