      tag should contain:

      Serial Number for Certs

      Random Number for Password

       

      A new Table for Cred notes should be created, with key on ID,Tag

      Attn is used for flagging IDs by Monitoring applications where

      0=no current issue

      1->? Levels of Notification (i.e. 1=the owner, 2, add supervisor, etc)

      Notes is used to state reason for flagging the Attention
