Goal of this story is to integrate the implemented CMPv2 client with the new microservice for external certificates inside AAF. Target will be to focus on certificate enrollment aspects only.

Reason: This for trying to decouple the client and ensure possible software modularity. In SECCOM it was commented to investigate possible re-use of this client, which is why software modularity aspects will be considered. The CMPv2 client will be based on BouncyCastle which is already used inside AAF and this library support will be re-used. No new library dependency will be introduced that might make integration harder.
