The Babel JUnit tests are currently failing on my development machine, because this is set to British Summer Time and we are moving back to Greenwich Mean Time within 5 days.

There is a failing test which attempts to add 5 days to a Clock but this is incorrectly applying the Time Zone Offset twice. The test can be fixed without changing deliverable code.
