AAI is not able to communicate with ASDC

As we are trying to resolve the service distribution issue between AAI-SDC, AAI is not able to communicate with SDC. Below is the error from error.log

Also with the below error, it is also evident that this is some kind of connectivity issue like server IP is missing/mismatching. 

Alternates we tried: 

1. We tried to update the hosts files of AAI and ASDC with public IPs.

2. We tried to communicate with private IPs.

3. Tried to stop and start AAI's Model loader docker which has the model loading part.

4. Tried to change the AAI1 and 2 machine's port numbers. PFA document for the work around we tried. Unfortunately none of them worked for us. Please suggest if you have any suggestions.
