Schema update wiki is out of date of Casablanca

I have referred the wiki https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=10783023 for making the schema changes and Step-8 suggest to run the GenTester which is failing as Folowing Highlighed items in red color are missing.
