      As ONAP component, I want A&AI to change instance-group.description property optional in version 14 and beyond.

      VNFC instance-group creation is failing in A&AI as SO cannot provide the description property in the PUT request as there is no description associated with VLAN Tagging ASDC model

      Instance-group type/role/function properties are used to identify the instance-group for VLAN Tagging and description can be made optional.
