Historically the <new-data-del-flag> relationship value has been T (true) for a generic-vnf Widget. In commit f5dae47  this was moved from a Java annotation to a JSON configuration file and accidentally altered from true to false.

Revert this configuration to the original setting. 

Note that there are no known examples of relationships to this Widget type, so there are no failing test cases.
