Regarding ASDC-A&AI dependency, for this code drop we can set a  However, it would be nice if in future releases this issue could be addressed by A&AI itself for two reasons:
• We would like to skip dependencies in the heat template so to avoid possible circular dependencies among components, which wouldn’t allow OpenECOMP to start;
• It’s typically a good practice to solve this issue in local components rather than relying on external components like Rackspace or Heat, which may not always be reliable.
