Add Rolling update to AAI components. 

Rolling updates allow Deployments' update to take place with zero downtime by incrementally updating Pods instances with new ones. By default, Kubernetes will send the SIGTERM signal, and wait 30 seconds before force killing the process. So, Terminating long-running tasks needs to be considered as well.
