onap-aai-graphadmin-create-db-schema job pod hangs on Running state on daily tests

      Both on Orange (master) and DT (jakarta) daily tests we (Integration team) observed issue with onap-aai-graphadmin-create-db-schema pod. It hangs on "Running" state and because of that other A&AI pods are not Running
