Req analysis for APPC to support Saltstack as one of its SB adapter

      In addition to Ansible and Chef, AppC will now also support Saltstack as its SB adapter. Need to gather the requirements and use-cases for APPC's Saltstack adapter:

      1) Configure VNFs that now supports Saltstack.

      2) Communication to Saltstack server from adapter: REST based or SSH API based.

      3) Create Directed Graphs that will invoke the SB Saltstack adapter.
