The code for creating payloads for save and retrieve is quite redundant across the application. The methods createPayloadForSave and createPayloadForRetrieve need be created in the common util file, i.e. utility.service.ts and the save retrieve payload creation should be done through the same.

Also, the artifact download should happen by creating a method called downloadArtifactToPc in the utility-service.ts
