Project containers that run as the root ID must document this in the release notes along with the functionality that requires the container to run as the root ID.

APPC runs the following containers:

• appc: RUN opt/onap/appc/bin/dockerInstall.sh at appc/deployment/installation/appc/src/main/docker/Dockerfile
• cdt: RUN /opt/startCdt.sh at appc/deployment/cdt/src/main/docker/Dockerfile
• ansible: ENTRYPOINT ["python2", "RestServer.py"] at CCSDK/distribution/ansible-server/src/main/Dockerfile
• mariadb: at oom/kubernetes/common/mariadb-galera/values.yaml
