The version plugin is changing to the correct release version, but then undoes the change and goes back to 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT. This is causing the release staging jobs to not work correctly.
Example:
[INFO] Processing org.onap.appc:appc-provider-model
[INFO] Updating project org.onap.appc:appc-provider-model
[INFO] from version 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT to 1.5.0
[INFO] Updating project org.onap.appc:appc-provider-model
[INFO] from version 1.5.0 to 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT

The simplest fix for this seems to be to change the appc parent version so that it never is the same as the main appc project.
