Introduce VNFC LCM actions for Ansible actions with automatic generation of NodeList section base on the information from AAI

When specific flag will be present in the LCM action request the automatic node-list generation will be activated. When action-identifers section has vnfc-name, v-server-id or vf-module-id and mentyioned flag will be active APPC will take information about vf-modules, v-servers and vnfcs from AAI, will match it with action-identifiers identifiers and will generate list of VMs which should be added to the NodeList. In such case NodeList parameters should be ignored in the CDT template and APPC will add NodeListr automaticaly to the Ansible server request.
