Ran a 'Restart' LCM request against the appc (135.205.226.75:8282/apidoc/explorer/index.html)  and have attached the karaf.log. 

I am using a fake vnf called fusion-vpp-onap-vnf-001. Some observations from the log :

1. On line 1837, you can see that app-c fetches information about the VNF from A&AI

2. On line 1892,  the 'Restart' action is resolved to the following DG by the dispatcher : module = APPC, name = Generic_Restart, version = 3.0.0}  (I had to change the VNF_DG_Mapping table on the mysql database. I think the original mapping DG was not there

3. On line 2121, I got the error :
