      If template-id is in context, (or if model exists), then check if template-id is part of artifact name when retrieving artifacts from ASDC_ARTIFACTS table. Eg Format: template_ConfigScaleOut_newtypeofvnf_0.0.1V_1234567.xml where 1234567 is the template-id.
