Robot automation for CDT test case

      Create a robot tag and test case to be able to trigger automated population of CDT for
      loading models of data for the example ONAP VNFs during the onboarding tests.

      For Beijing, the example ONAP VNFs is at least vLB.

      A cdt_interface.robot should be created to encapsulate the functions to CDT but re-using the standard libraries in robot like vid_interface.robot etc.

      Template files added as appropriate for the parameter definitions and template.
      Parameter definition would be "Manua" following the same sequence as the wiki video on how to use the GUI manually.

      The the tag should be available in demo.sh for the demonstration customer and ete.sh for automated onboarding.
