Regardless of protocol used to distributed the configuration content CDS Blueprint Processor shall support Execution Queuing and Priority Mechanism

Support a mechanism to Queue up request that are triggered by external/internal component to be processed with a VNF/PNF/CNF.  Queue mechanism is based on the number of Session a router/pnf/cnf supports meaning that if a NF is model to support up to 2 session and the 2 session are busy then the parallel request must wait until the session a properly closed by triggering the request to the NF.
