blueprints-processor-adaptor throws an exception on odlsli standalone container start up due to missing properties file (/opt/onap/sdnc/data/properties/blueprints-processor-adaptor.properties).

It would be better to write a provider class to allow you to deliver a default properties file within the jar if the file is not found on the file system, as is done in most of the other CCDSK karaf features.
