The odlparent-carbon-sr1 pom file has repository references to "ecomp-snapshot" and "ecomp-release". Looking at the oparent pom, other project poms, as well as other places in the same odlparent pom file, I can see "ecomp-snapshots" and "ecomp-releases" is used instead.
