For Casablanca MR and APPC-Ansible server there is no working version of docker image. Version 0.3.2 and 0.3.3 does not start in Kuberentes - there is constand CrashLoopBack. Version 0.4.1-STAGING-latest (that comes from master in fact) starts in Kubernetes but:

• has ansible 2.7.8 instead 2.0.0 what can make compatibility issues with functionality for casablanca
• simple check of ansible ping do not pass. After manual configuration of Ansible_Inventory for vpkg-1 VM in SB-05 (accrodingly with this doc https://docs.onap.org/en/casablanca/submodules/integration.git/docs/docs_vFWDT.html#vfw-traffic-distribution-use-case) "ansible vpkg-1 -i Ansible_inventory -m ping" testt results with following output

It may be a problem with missing or wrong python packages.

Besides that there are no ping and ssh tools to check connectivity of ansible server with VMs
