• DMAAP (Notification Data) to CDS-listener distribution subscription to CSAR file with CBA Artifact.  
• CDS-Listener persists of the CBA Artifact in Blueprint processor. 
• CDS-Listener publish event to SDC for successful/failure of processing CBA persisting. .
