      cds/blueprintsprocessor/pom.xml uses snapshot version 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT of springfox-swagger2.

      Snapshot versions are not permitted in final release builds. Thus, this is a release blocker for El Alto and therefore is considered Highest priority.
