First time to create a template and mapping: User open the tab and creation form appears.
Finish Button is disabled by default until the user enters the Template name. If the user clears the template name then the Finish button will be disabled again. Finish button only enabled when the user enters the template name and/or any new changes in the template.
The first time a user creates a template: once the user enters the template name there will be a Clear button that clears all entered data and the user will stay on a page after clear. The clear button appears only in creation mode not edit mode. If the user use the Clear button, then the Finish button is disabled
Make Template Name input in focus status so the user can write the name directly without the need to click in input's name
