Add handling for new node and its 5 included inputs. Additional input parameter would be assignment-map result of resource-assignment step in  resource-assignment workflow. The last parameter will be used for execution of embedded component-resource-resolution actions. 

Created node type should be used in main CBA tosca as a part of the resource-assignment workflow - step after the first resource-assignment step.

The k8s-profile-upload step should take the profile template from k8s-profiles subfolder in the Templates section, then should read which resources are Velocity templates and should run for them component-resource-assignment operation to produce the final file. After templating the profile manifest should be modified and all the files should be archived and send as a profile to the k8s plugin.
