The O-RAN Alliance targets in general NetConf via TLS.

The ODL version Silicon has a first implementation for NetConf Callhome via TLS.

Once ODL Silicon is released CCSDK should be updated using ODL Silicon - the service release 1 should be available end of April 2020 -

Parts:

1. ODL Silicon (Madatory for Instanbul)
2. Fill TLS keys via data-broker within server, instead of using HTTP and RESTCONF  (optional -> Jakarta)
3. Connect app can mount devices via TLS (Public key) (optional -> Jakarta)
