ccsdk/features references dmaap client in org.onap.dmaap package, which is consistent with   version 1.1.12 but not with version 1.1.5.  This needs 2 changes:

1) Change to parent to use version 1.1.12 of dmaap client

2) Change to sli to dmaap client package name (org.onap.dmaap)
