The following 2 parameters are needed for RA allocation request:

range-requested-count - number of numbers to be allocated

range-sequential - flag if the requested numbers have to be sequential

Note: RA already has this functionality. This issue is to support the parameters coming from DG context in case RA is used as a DG node.
