This Jira story relates to developing foundation for making Network Slicing and SON use cases compatible with CPS. This entails the following:

1) ensure use cases are backward-compatible and can still work with the current implementation of ConfigDB

2) Support CPS, in terms of making appropriate API calls to CPS instead of ConfigDB

The proposed solution includes the following:

1) The effort will be limited to making changes/re-factoring DG's associated with both use cases

2) Use same North=bound RPC's (as defined in YANG model) to invoke main DG - but then based on if CPS or ConfigDB enabled flag, call appropriate sub-DG (e.g. invoke ConfigDB integrated sub-DG or CPS integrated sub-DG) based on the above flags
