migrate to sulfur-sr0

      Migrate to ODL  sulfur-SR0 (https://wiki.lfnetworking.org/display/LN/2022-06-14+-+ODL:+2022.03+Sulfur+Platform+overview)
       
      Preconditions/Findings:

      • Jenkins: need to have maven >=3.8.3 installed
      • the builder classes of the yang-generated classes are not implementing the Builder interface anymore. => Impacts identification of builder classes
      • the InstanceIdentifier creation has some more validitions when constructed
